POSITION SUMMARY

• Job Type: Full-time (In-Person)
• Location: Melaka
• Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
• Working Days: 6 days per week (Rotating off-days, including weekdays)
• Shifts: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM / 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

COMPANY OVERVIEW We operate across three main business areas: property rentals, homestay operations, and creative laser-engraving products. To keep the workload balanced, our team uses a 2-week rotation system switching between front-facing customer tasks and back-end admin tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

ROLE A – Front Operations (Weeks 1 & 2)

• Reply to tenant and customer inquiries via WhatsApp/calls.
• Handle homestay check-ins, check-outs, and booking platforms.
• Market rental rooms and homestays to maximize occupancy.
• Log maintenance and cleaning tickets in the system.

ROLE B – Back Operations (Weeks 3 & 4)

• Record company expenses, receipts, and process basic payments.
• Assist with simple HR admin (payslips and filing records).
• Conduct property inspections and coordinate with cleaners/vendors.
• Purchase and monitor stock levels for company supplies.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Strong ownership mindset—responsible and reliable.
• Excellent communication and fluent in WhatsApp coordination.
• Comfortable with basic financial tracking and Excel.
• Detail-oriented and firm when handling payments.

SALARY & BENEFITS

• Probation (2 Months): RM2,000 fixed monthly salary.
• Confirmed Base: RM2,500 per month + performance commission (Total potential: RM2,500 - RM3,500+).
• Benefits (Post-Confirmation): EPF, SOCSO, medical leave, and annual leave starting at 14 days.
