What will your role be:

• Lead the architecture design of large-scale distributed systems handling over 10 million daily traffic.
• Build high-availability, cloud-native services using Kubernetes and Spring Cloud Alibaba with robust circuit-breaking strategies.
• Drive the AI-powered refactoring of existing business modules for efficiency and scalability.
• Integrate AI capabilities (e.g., Retrieval-Augmented Generation, recommendation systems) into the application layer.
• Solve high-concurrency challenges in core modules to ensure system responsiveness and stability.
• Optimize distributed storage solutions such as Redis and Kafka, and enhance microservice governance.
• Establish an engineering efficiency system to improve development processes and reduce technical debt.
• Apply AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to enhance code quality and automate CI/CD pipelines.

What an ideal candidate means to us:

Core Competencies:

• 5+ years of experience in Java development, with deep expertise in high-concurrency system architecture.
• Mastery of Spring Cloud Alibaba (Nacos, Sentinel) and cloud-native technologies including Kubernetes and Docker.
• Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP/2), multithreading, and JVM performance tuning.
• Proven track record leading 3+ medium to large-scale software projects with solid business abstraction skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience developing AI-powered applications, including LLM API integration and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Familiarity with engineering practices using AI development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, JetBrains AI, Cursor).
• Background in building intelligent systems such as recommendation engines, risk control platforms, or voice interaction services.
