We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to support IT project delivery in a large-scale and mission-critical environment. This role is ideal for fresh graduates interested in project management, IT operations, and coordination across technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project activities, schedules, meetings, and action items.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and follow-ups.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and governance materials.
• Support communication and coordination between project managers, engineers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Assist with project governance activities including approvals, testing coordination, deployment preparation, and audit documentation.
• Support incident tracking, deployment activities, and operational coordination when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, Project Management, or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of IT projects, SDLC, testing, or deployment processes is an advantage.
• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or Microsoft Project is a plus.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
