Working Place: KKIP, Sepanggar
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery notes and purchase documents.
- Record and update inventory accurately in the system on a timely basis.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure sufficient inventory to support daily operations.
- Organize and store products in designated areas to ensure accessibility, safety, and efficiency.
- Support smooth inbound and outbound warehouse processes.
- Maintain accurate records of goods received, dispatched, and returned.
- Prepare daily stock movement and inventory reports for management review.
- Assist in documentation preparation for audits and compliance requirements.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures on stock handling and warehouse management.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.
- Report damaged, expired, or non-conforming goods immediately to the supervisor.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years in inventory management or warehouse operations will be added advantage.
- Familiar with inventory control and stock management processes.
- Basic knowledge of inventory systems or Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and physically fit to handle warehouse duties.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good discipline and strong sense of accountability.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
