Junior Marketing Executive (Digital & AI Focus)

We are a growing recruitment firm seeking a motivated and creative Junior Marketing Executive to support our digital marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Create engaging marketing copy for job advertisements, social posts, email campaigns, and website content
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance content creation and marketing efficiency
  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports
  • Research market trends, hiring insights, and competitor activities
  • Support employer branding and lead generation initiatives

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field
  • Strong interest in digital marketing and social media
  • Good copywriting skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, automation tools)
  • Proactive, creative, and willing to learn
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

  • Experience managing social media accounts
  • Basic design or video editing skills
  • Experience with paid advertising (Meta, Google, TikTok)
  • Understanding of employer branding concepts
