Key Responsibilities

• Mentorship & Performance: Train, coach, and mentor the Sales Team to ensure all daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Strategy Development: Design and execute innovative sales methods and strategies to build a high-impact value proposition for prospects.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full lifecycle of sales agent recruitment, from initial sourcing to final onboarding.
• Talent Sourcing: Develop effective sourcing strategies to maintain a robust pipeline of high-potential candidates.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Department heads to identify workforce needs and align training with real-time requirements.
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends and competitor hiring practices to ensure the company remains a top choice for elite talent.

Requirements

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in training or leading sales teams, specifically within the property or high-ticket sales sector.
• Recruitment Expertise: Experience in end-to-end recruitment with a focus on assessing skills, industry knowledge, and cultural fit.
• Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop new sales methodologies and translate them into actionable training modules.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to track performance data and adjust coaching techniques to hit performance targets (KPIs).
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills; able to inspire and influence both new recruits and seasoned agents.
• Industry Knowledge: Up-to-date understanding of the current property market landscape and talent acquisition trends.
