About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Software Support Specialist to handle client inquiries related to our Cloud HRMS software. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent support while ensuring smooth system operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling support matters and system-related inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Configure system settings accurately to address software-related concerns.
- Remotely access client workstations or servers to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Achieve individual KPIs and contribute to team targets while following established processes.
- Perform data migration tasks and provide product training to end users when required.
- Support ad-hoc projects and participate in pre-implementation discussions.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- 1–2 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, Onsite, or Desktop Support is preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills will be an added advantage.
- A team player with a positive attitude, able to work independently and under pressure.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Willing to work fully onsite at Q Sentral.

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
