Job Description & Details
Position: Human Resources Executive
Company: RedRadar International Sdn Bhd
Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,300
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Location: No. 14 -1, Jalan Forest Height 8, Forest Heights, 70450 Senawang, Negeri Sembilan

Job Scope

1. Manage overall HR operations including employee records, documentation, and compliance with Malaysian labour laws
2. Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and billing
3. Handle employee relations including disciplinary matters, grievances, and conflict resolution
4. Monitor attendance, manage staff scheduling, and assist in payroll processing
5. Manage performance tracking including KPIs, data monitoring, reporting, and identifying improvement areas
6. Prepare HR and performance reports, support review sessions, and continuously improve HR processes and workflows

Requirements / Preferred Qualities
1) Passion for human resources and people development
2) Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
3) Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
4) Knowledge of employment laws and HR functions is a plus
5) Relevant diploma or degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
