At Forward College, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to support our team in managing partnerships, coordinating projects, and ensuring programmes run smoothly. This role is ideal for students who enjoy communication, organization, and working behind the scenes to make things happen.
What You’ll Do
- Liaise with internal teams, partners, clients, schools, and stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and communication
- Assist in managing education programmes, projects, workshops, and collaborations
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure tasks are completed on time
- Support the team in monitoring KPIs, progress tracking, and reporting
- Prepare proposals, presentations, reports, and meeting documentation
- Coordinate participant management, scheduling, and administrative processes
- Follow up with stakeholders and ensure action items are carried out effectively
- Maintain organized records, databases, and project documentation
- Support business development, partnership engagement, and outreach activities
- Assist with operational and administrative tasks when required

Who We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree students in Business, Management, Communications, Marketing, Education, or related fields
- Internship must be a compulsory requirement by your university/college
- Internship duration: 3 to 6 months
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Responsible and able to follow through on deadlines and deliverables
- Comfortable coordinating with different stakeholders and teams
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility
