Cafe Responsibilities

1. Basic Duties

• Greet customers with a smile
• Seat guests and provide menus
• Take orders accurately (confirm if needed)
• Serve food and drinks correctly
• Clear and clean tables quickly

• Be friendly and polite
• Pay attention to customers’ needs (refill water, provide tissues)
• Answer questions about the menu
• Handle complaints calmly

Cleanliness

• Keep tables and floors clean at all times
• Check and clean the restroom regularly
• Ensure utensils are clean and well-arranged
• Dispose of trash properly

Work Skills

• Be familiar with the menu (coffee, desserts, etc.)
• Know daily specials or promotions
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen/barista
• Follow proper serving order
• Latte Art

• Remember regular customers’ preferences
• Recommend menu items
• Offer help (e.g. take photos )
• Stay efficient during busy hours

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From RM13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 30 per week
