Job Description: Supervisor – Grocery
Location: Village Grocer, Midvalley Southkey, Johor
Department: Grocery
Role Overview
As a Supervisor in the Grocery section, your role is to ensure product availability, maintaining store standards and leading staff to deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of grocery staff
- Ensure shelf are fully stocked, well organized and properly labeled.
- Monitor daily inventory level and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Implement merchandising and promotional display
- Check product quality, freshness and expired date regularly
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety and hygiene standard
- Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations
- Collaborate with team members to meat daily sales and service goals
Requirement
- 2 Years related experience
- SPM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
