Tanggungjawab

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and arranging interviews.
  • Support in preparing and organizing HR documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and employee records.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation (both hard copy and digital).
  • Assist in updating and maintaining employee databases and HR trackers.
  • Support HR events and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
