ADMINISTRATIVE CUSTOMER SUPPORT (BM/ENG SPEAKER)
Working Hours & Days:
* 6 days rotational shift
* Includes weekends & public holidays
Job Responsibilities:
* Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
* Maintain and update accurate customer records
* Follow up on customer requests and ensure resolution
Requirements:
* Minimum qualification: SPM / Diploma / SKM / SKV
* Able to work 6 days rotational shift (including weekends & public holidays)
* Fresh graduates are welcome
