About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Architectural Supervisor to join our project team in Sarawak. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising all architectural and finishing works on site, ensuring works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all architectural works at site.
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Inspect finishing works including plastering, tiling, painting, ceiling, doors, windows, waterproofing, and other architectural elements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and site team on architectural matters.
• Check workmanship quality and ensure defects are rectified promptly.
• Monitor site progress and ensure completion within project schedule.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on architectural work status.
• Maintain daily site reports, inspection records, and progress documentation.
• Ensure safety procedures and housekeeping standards are followed at site.
• Assist Project Manager in resolving site coordination and design issues.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Certificate in Architecture, Building Technology, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years working experience in building construction / interior finishing supervision.
• Strong knowledge of architectural materials, finishing methods, and site practices.
• Able to read architectural drawings and technical details.
• Familiar with Malaysian building regulations and safety requirements.
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Willing to work at project site in Sarawak.
• Immediate availability will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed development projects.
• Good eye for detail and finishing quality control.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
