Kerja Sepenuh Masa, QA-QC ENGINEER di VISUAL PRECAST SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for implementing site quality assurance and quality control system, in compliance with the quality standards at site to ensure high quality products.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

· Lead and train the QA/QC team in Structural, Architectural, M&E trades and Civil

· Assess, feedback and upgrade every single construction process and procedure to ensure that the internal quality controls are set and maintained

· Engage the project team to deliver high quality works through collaboration with Production, Site Management team, Suppliers and Sub-contractors

· Prepare a monthly analysis and report to HOD with recommendations for improvement and preventive measures

· Be familiar with QA/QC laboratory activities and testing procedures

· Ability to identify root cause to quality issues and put in place solution/preventive actions

· Must be familiar with clients and regulatory specifications before commencement of project

· Ensure proper documentation of Non-compliance report, Observatory report, Subcontractor report, Inspection form and etc

· Provide raw material report on timely and accurate basis

· Ensure right materials are used from approved materials manual

· Adherence to safety practices in the work place
