Job Description :

1. Be the program lead with effective communication and coordinators coordinate customer and factory cross-functional teams with planning and driving to achieve program success from FA to MP.

2. APQP accordingly to respective customer

3. Hand over from FA to MP

4. Ensure collaborative cross-functional teamwork to effectively initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control all phases of the customer programs from RFQ through development, NPI, and ramp to stable production.

5. Communicate and work closely with sales/customer and internal department on new program capability/feasibility studies, customer requirements as well as DFM and Costing.

6. FA package review to ensure full required document and good quality part delivery.

7. Ensures effective project management interface for customers and suppliers management on critical out-sourcing process and end product quality.

8. Customer-centric and always replies to or updates customer/sales team’s inquiries on time.

9. Work with engineering, production, and quality to perform technical analysis to identify product and process issues arising during the NPI stage and solution provided before going into the MP stage.

10. Preparing/establishing Engineering document such as internal Drawing, PMP, IP, FMEA, WI, and packaging standard

11. Weekly basis NPI update status update and report to the head of department, operation. 12. Exposure on ISO Activities

13. Experience in planning work schedule and manpower allocation in accordance with forecast

14. Experience in controlling and monitoring material consumption, WIP, and man hour consumption

15. Exposure to 8D methodology, FMEA, SPC, 7QC Tools

16. Knowledge in Product/Process Improvement

Experience Level :

- Fresh Graduate, 1-2 years' experience, 3-5 years' experience or 5 years and above

Working Hours: Normal - Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
