Jobs Summary:-

Responsible for operating and maintaining wave soldering equipment, ensuring the accurate and efficient assembly of electronic components.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities:-

Primary Responsibilities / Accountabilities

Operate and monitor wave soldering machines to ensure optimal performance

Set up and calibrate wave soldering equipment according to production requirements

Perform routine maintenance on wave soldering machines to prevent malfunctions

Collaborate with production teams to meet quality and production goals

Ensure compliance with safety protocols ensuring wave soldering operations

Secondary Responsibilities / Accountabilities

Assist in the training of production staff on wave soldering processes

Maintain accurate records of machine settings, maintenance activities, and production data.

Job duties:-

Operate wave soldering machines to solder electronic components onto printed circuit boards.

Set up and calibrate wave soldering equipment based on product specifications

Performs routine maintenance, cleaning, and adjustments on wave soldering machines.

Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and address soldering issues promptly.

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during wave soldering operations.

Plotting wave soldering reflow profile.

Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and adjustments on baking oven machines.

Set up and calibrate Ultrasonic washing machine equipment based on product specifications.

Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and adjustments on Stencil cleaning machines.

Minimum job requirement:-

Qualification: - High School/diploma or equivalent

Proven experience as a wave soldering Technician in a manufacturing

Physical Job Requirement:-

Ability to lift and carry moderate loads.

Comfortable standing for extended periods.

Manual dexterity for handling small electronic components .
