Tanggungjawab

Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the SME and corporate sectors. You will act as a strategic partner to our clients, providing comprehensive printing and document management solutions that optimize their business workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Acquisition: Actively hunt and close new sales opportunities within the corporate and SME landscape.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with both direct end-users and the dealer network.
  • Solution Selling: Conduct deep-dive assessments of client needs to propose tailored Managed Print Services (MPS) and software solutions.
  • High-Impact Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations to C-suite and procurement stakeholders.
  • Market Strategy: Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Post-Sales Support: Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and conduct user training sessions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Account Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing portfolio to maximize account value.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience specifically within the copier or Office Automation (OA) industry.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in hitting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of copier market trends, leasing/rental models, and competitor landscapes .
  • Skills: Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills. Ability to translate technical features into business benefits.
  • Education: A Degree in Business, Marketing, or an IT-related discipline is highly preferred.
  • Communication: Fluent in English; ability to present complex technical information in a clear, professional manner.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
