Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing – Operating Theatre (OT) to lead and oversee the operations of the Operating Theatre (OT) and Central Sterile Services Department (CSSD). The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of patient care, clinical safety, operational efficiency, and service excellence through effective leadership and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the nursing teams within the Operating Theatre (OT) and CSSD.
• Ensure compliance with patient care standards, safety protocols, and infection control practices.
• Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Oversee staff scheduling, rostering, and performance reviews.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a senior nursing leadership or management role within a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Post-Basic qualification in Perioperative Nursing is required.
• Must Have: Strong clinical experience in perioperative nursing, sterile processing, and endoscopy.

Pay: From RM9,000.00 per month
