Job Description: Operation Executive (Transport)

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers by handling inquiries, coordinating orders, and providing timely delivery updates.
• Liaise with clients to secure transport orders and maintain good business relationships.
• Plan and coordinate daily operations, including driver assignment, delivery scheduling, and load arrangement.
• Prepare and manage operational documents such as Delivery Orders (DO), Delivery Notes (DN), and invoices accurately and on time.
• Monitor delivery progress, ensure on-time performance, and resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (e.g. transport partners, maintenance, fuel suppliers) to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain proper records and ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements (including 5S practices).
• Track basic operational KPIs such as delivery timelines, vehicle utilization, and cost efficiency, and highlight areas for improvement.
• Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Demonstrate strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
• Prior experience in the transport or logistics industry is an added advantage.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
