JOB DESCRIPTION
- To oversee daily construction activities, coordinating workers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
- To enforce Health and Safety regulations, conduct Site Safety inspections, identify hazards and implement corrective actions to prevent accidents.
- To maintain project timelines by scheduling shifts, coordinating materials and ensuring equipment is available.
- To inspect work in progress to ensure it meets quality standards, building codes and technical specifications.
- To deal with subcontractors, vendors, engineers and project management to report progress and resolve issues.
- To update records, attendance and material usage.
REQUIREMENT
- Experienced as a Construction Supervisor, Foreman or similar role.
- Knowledgeable about construction procedures, equipment, safety, health and building codes.
- Capable to manage, lead and motivate teams.
- Ability to read blueprints, structural drawings and plans.
- Immediate commence work is preferable
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
