Sepenuh Masa Facility Specialist Jobs, salary up to MYR 3,500 in DSV SOLUTIONS (DC) SDN BHD Gelang Patah - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Capture and document detailed space requirements
• Manage the handover process from landlord/owner to end-users
• Oversee the start-up of facility operations
• Monitor and manage audits and service quality for facility services
• Procure facility services in accordance with framework agreements
• Manage maintenance and repair tasks, including necessary approvals
• Ensure business continuity planning and execution
• Track, report, and document energy consumption
• Oversee and manage handover of major refurbishment projects
• Coordinate and supervise removal activities for leased properties
• Execute acceptance and approval of refurbishment works and facility services
• Support preparation of facility budgets
• Contribute to sourcing strategies, onboarding, and operational setup
• Assist in mid-term cash flow planning at the property level
• Maintain and manage facility-related data
• Engage in stakeholder relationship management
• Support demand planning and service coordination processes

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management OR relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experiences in managing a facility.
• Possess knowledge in technical or IT related and contract management would be an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
