• Respond to customer inquiries, coordinate meetings and sales appointments, and provide updates on order status.
• Coordinate and process customer orders accurately within the required timeline, including urgent and outstanding orders.
• Maintain customer accounts by handling order follow-ups, documentation, status updates, and issue resolution.
• Prepare, update, and maintain sales records, reports, databases, and other relevant operational documents.
• Support the sales team by compiling sales leads, distributing inquiries, and providing sales-related data and reports.
• Monitor sales activities and maintain sales tracking tools to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely reporting.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth order fulfillment and delivery processes.
• Provide administrative and operational support to management and the sales team for daily business operations.
• Arrange customer meetings, site visits, scheduling, and conference coordination when required.
• Assist in monitoring sales and staff performance indicators in accordance with company procedures and operational requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
