Junior Sales Executive (Product Sales)

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Executive to join our team. This role is suitable for candidates who are interested in building a career in sales within the professional audio visual industry.

You will be responsible for promoting and selling professional audio, video (Universal communiation) , and lighting products while building strong relationships with customers and business partners.

Training and guidance will be provided for candidates who are willing to learn and grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell professional audio, video, and lighting products to new and existing customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, resellers, and customers
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions
• Prepare quotations and follow up on customer inquiries and orders
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets
• Identify new customers and business opportunities
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
• Provide professional and responsive customer support
• Attend product training sessions, roadshows, and company events when required

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Candidates with sales experience in electronics, IT, AV, or related industries will have an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for customer visits
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
