SALES ASSISTANT / PHARMACIST ASSISTANT

Location: Wellness Pharmacy – Brinchang, Cameron Highlands

Job Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and basic product guidance on medications and health supplements
• Assist customers with basic health screenings such as: blood pressure, blood glucose, cholesterol, uric acid
• Handle stock receiving, replenishment, and inventory management
• Practise FEFO (First Expired First Out) and FIFO (First In First Out) stock system
• Ensure product pricing, displays, and promotional materials are updated accordingly
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification
• Friendly, positive, and outgoing personality
• Able to communicate well with customers and team members
• Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work in a team environment
• No experience is needed as training will be provided
• Candidates with pharmacy, retail, clinic, or healthcare-related experience will be an added advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome

Working Details

• Working Days: 5 days per week
• Off Day: 2 days per week
