Job Summary
This role is responsible for welcoming clients and their pets, managing front-desk tasks, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. You must enjoy being around animals and be able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Job Scopes:

• Attend to clients and receive pets for appointments
• Manage the clinic waiting area and maintain cleanliness
• Communicate with customers (in person and by phone)
• Handle basic enquiries and customer complaints
• Schedule appointments and update records
• Process payments and daily administrative tasks
• Promote and sell products such as food, supplements, and accessories

Requirements:

• Must love animals and not be afraid of cats or dogs
• Good communication skills
• Able to multitask and handle busy situations
• Basic computer literacy is required
• Friendly, patient, and able to deal with challenging customers
• Comfortable with simple product selling

Working Hours : 9:00AM - 6:30PM (5.5 days per week)

Salary: MYR 2,300 - 3,300

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
