We are seeking a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities at Kuching project site. The successful candidate will ensure work is carried out according to project specifications, safety standards, and within the scheduled timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site operations and workforce.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at the construction site.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Inspect work quality and ensure proper workmanship.
• Prepare daily site reports and maintain site records.
• Monitor site materials, equipment, and manpower usage.
• Identify and report any site issues or delays to the Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years working experience in construction site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, site safety, and quality control.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage site workers.
• Willing to travel or be stationed at project sites.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in infrastructure, building, or civil construction projects.
• Familiar with site documentation and reporting.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
