Kerja Sepenuh Masa Production Supervisor, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,200 di Lucky Frozen (Penang) Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Responsibility And Authority:

• Take responsibility for running the production processes, ensuring smooth operations, and managing day-to-day production activities.
• Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production requirements.
• Ensure that all production activities comply with standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements such as ISO 90001, 22000. This involves enforcing adherence to procedures, conducting audits, and maintaining accurate documentation.
• To conduct section meeting to review the production performance, brain storming with the production team, trouble shooting, evaluate effectiveness of corrective action and other methods.
• Monitoring product quality at different stages of production, conducting inspections, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.

Qualification And Experience :

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level /Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree
• Minimum of 3-4 years of working experience in related field
• Candidate must be well versed with MS Office
• Candidate should possess a good personality, able to work under pressure and positive attitude
• Self motivated, dynamic, proactive possess strong initiative and interpersonal skills, able to work independently with minimum supervision and deliver results
• Candidate must have own transport
• Full time position(s) Available
• Applicants must be willing to work in BAYAN LEPAS.
• Knowledge of GMP essential
• Able to work on night shift

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
