A Restaurant Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of a restaurant run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves coordinating front-of-house and back-of-house teams, maintaining high standards of service and food quality, and aligning daily operations with the restaurant’s overall business goals, including profitability and customer satisfaction interview.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations Management: Oversee all restaurant activities, including staff scheduling, workflow optimization, and compliance with health and safety regulations resume design.
• Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and evaluate employees; provide coaching and performance feedback to create a motivated and productive workforce.
• Customer Service: Engage with guests to ensure a positive dining experience, address complaints, and implement solutions to enhance satisfaction resume design
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with culinary and marketing teams to develop menus, promotions, and special events that drive sales and improve operational efficiency
• Operational Policies: Develop and implement procedures to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and maintain consistent service standards

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
