1. JOB OBJECTIVE / SUMMARY

Responsible for inspecting incoming sub-materials II & III to ensure they meet established quality standard of company and meeting the company’s objectives

2. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Incoming inspection

1. To conduct sub-mat II incoming inspection activity with reference to Standard Procedure (SP) and Standard Instruction (SI) is effective and efficient.

2. To record all inspection results in the inspection records clearly and neatly.

3. To ensure inspection records are submitted to QA Executive for verification on timely.

4. To ensure prompt feedback to QA Executive on any non-conformance issues.

5. To support and assist QA Executive on all matter related to quality issues.

6. To check finished good products and WIPs from sub material II supplier

7. To ensure sub material II’s WIPs and product meet the required quality standard

8. To daily verify TPC section sub-mat II rejection part

9. To verify customer returned sub-material II & III before return to supplier

B. Others

1. To perform any task or duties assigned by the Quality Executive or the QA Manager.

2. To backup QA department for critical urgent item when they are not around

3. To support internal and external quality system audits

To participate as member for ABM activities

3. JOB REQUIREMENTS

A. Formal Qualification

1. Minimum with SPM level or equal

2. Min 1 year working experience is preferred

B. Knowledge

1. Knowledge of QC

2. Able to read 2D and 3D drawing.

3. Able to take photo for quality purpose

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
