• Department: Oleo Master Planning
• Key Responsibility:
• Update POIMS report in the Oleo Master Planning file, other Plant sections and update any production backlog.
• Monitor material stock levels in the Master Planning file to identify potential shortages or excessive inventory.
• Review planned versus actual production performance, focusing on yield and production quantity.
• Monitor tank utilization and planning requirements, including high tank levels, tank availability, and cleaning requirements.
• Track raw oil inventory and receiving status to ensure adequate feedstock availability and promptly escalate any supply-related issues.
• Participate in production meetings.
• Review and update work instructions.
• Compile and analyze plant changeover data, including changeover duration, feed rate adjustments, and material downgrade information.
• Maintain and update the fatty acid tank cleaning matrix to support efficient tank utilization and product quality control.
• Maintain the hydrogen plant reaction time reference table for process monitoring and planning purposes.
• Compile and maintain feed rate data for each process route and unit plant, including FAC feed & product materials and its feed flow rates.
• Review and update Bill of Materials (BOM), routing, and process variables (PV) with guidance.
• Support cross-functional coordination by following up on tasks with planners, engineers, and other operational teams.
• Monitor and track C16 production and consumption, including oleic cake feed to the hydrogenation process.
• Update master plan in excel file into SAP HANA

Pay: RM700.00 per month
