Position : Software Engineer (C#.NET)

Salary : RM 3,500 - RM 6,000

Location : Imazium, Uptown Damansara

Working Hours : Monday - Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)

Job Summary
We are seeking a Software Engineer (C#.NET) to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. This role focuses on building reliable backend systems, enhancing application performance, and supporting the full software development lifecycle to deliver efficient and high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using C# and .NET Core / .NET Framework
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance features and backend solutions
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and web services
• Optimize database performance and manage queries using MS SQL and Firebird
• Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and system updates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile activities such as sprint planning and daily stand-ups
• Stay updated with the latest .NET technologies, tools, and development best practices
• Support ad-hoc technical assignments and system enhancement tasks when required

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong experience in C# and .NET / .NET Core development
• Experience in RESTful API and backend system development
• Strong proficiency in MS SQL with ability to write and optimize database queries
• Good understanding of software design principles, coding standards, and best practices
• Experience using Git and Agile project management tools such as JIRA
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
