Job Description:

Role Objective

To conceptualize, design, and produce 3D visuals for events—including pavilions, exhibition booths, and event layouts—while also coordinating the operational and logistical aspects of the event from planning to execution.

Design Responsibilities (3D Designer)

• Develop 2D and 3D layout plans for event spaces, pavilions, stages, and booths.
• Produce high-quality 3D renderings and visual mockups using software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Lumion, or similar.
• Prepare technical drawings and visual references for vendors and production teams.
• Collaborate with the creative team and clients to understand event themes, objectives, and spatial needs.
• Revise designs based on budget constraints, site measurements, or client feedback.
• Coordination Responsibilities (Event Coordinator)
• Plan and manage the event timeline, including site preparation, setup, and dismantling.
• Liaise with vendors (structural, AV, lighting, F&B, safety) to ensure all technical and physical requirements are aligned with the design.
• Oversee on-site implementation to ensure 3D designs are executed accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor and supervise site setup according to approved designs.
• Handle permits, layout approvals, technical documentation, and post-event reports.
• Act as a bridge between creative, technical, and client teams during event execution.

Key Skills Required

• Proficiency in 3D design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of event structures and technical setups.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vendors simultaneously.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Event -Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in event design and/or event coordination is an advantage.

Experience:

• AutoCAD: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sketchup: 1 year (Preferred)
• 3ds Max: 1 year (Preferred)

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
