Job Title: Automation ProgrammerJob Summary:

An Automation Programmer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency. This role involves programming automation scripts, integrating software tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that optimize workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Automation Scripts: Write, test, and maintain scripts using programming languages such as Python, Java, or C# to automate repetitive tasks.
• System Integration: Integrate various software applications and tools to create seamless automated workflows.
• Debugging and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues in automated systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of automation processes, scripts, and system configurations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with software developers, IT support teams, and business analysts to understand requirements and deliver automation solutions.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor automated systems to ensure optimal performance and make adjustments as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in programming, with a focus on automation.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Jenkins), programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#), and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to work meticulously to ensure accuracy in automated processes.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Knowledge of database management (e.g., SQL)
