RESPONSIBILITIES: -
- Lead, coach, and motivate sales team to achieve sales targets
- Drive and manage overall sales performance across retail (indoor) and online channels
- Set, monitor, and track sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to management
- Plan and execute sales programs, campaigns, or projects to drive revenue growth
- Work closely with store leaders to improve sales execution, conversion, and productivity
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams on sales initiatives and promotions
- Identify performance gaps and implement training, coaching, or improvement plans
- Prepare regular sales performance reports and updates for management
REQUIREMENTS: -
- Proven experience in sales management or sales leadership
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Results-oriented and comfortable working with targets and KPIs
- Experience managing retail (indoor) and/or online sales channels
- Able to plan and execute sales programs or projects
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Self-motivated, hands-on, and proactive
