What You Will Do?
1. Strategic Marketing & Brand Management:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for all brands under the Group, ensuring clear brand positioning and consistency.
- Translate business objectives into monthly and quarterly marketing plans, campaigns, and KPIs.
2. Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, supervise, and develop the marketing team
- Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor team performance to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
3. Content, Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Oversee content strategy across social media, digital platforms, and marketing channels.
- Ensure consistent, engaging, and high-quality content aligned with each brand’s objectives.
4. Campaigns, Promotions & Sales Support
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
- Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Outlet Teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
5. Creative & Design Oversight
- Oversee all design and visual materials, including posters, menus, ads, digital assets, and promotional materials.
- Ensure creative outputs align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
6. Reporting, Budgeting & Performance Tracking
- Monitor marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Prepare regular marketing reports for Management, highlighting results, insights, and recommendations.
7. Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with Management, Operations, HR, and external partners on marketing-related initiatives.
8. Market Awareness & Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging marketing tools.
- Proactively propose new ideas, improvements, and innovations to strengthen the Group’s market presence.
- Ensure marketing efforts remain relevant, competitive, and growth-driven
Who We Are Looking For?
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovate ideas.
- Ability t work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
