Vacancy : Centre Manager for clinics

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with healthcare standards.
• Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Monitor patient flow, appointment systems, and service delivery to ensure excellent patient care.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, licensing, and accreditation requirements.
• Monitor billing, claims, and collection processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise clinic staff including doctors, nurses, and administrative personnel.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Resolve staff issues, conflicts, and grievances fairly and effectively.
• Ensure high standards of patient satisfaction and customer service.
• Handle patient feedback, complaints, and service recovery promptly.
• Implement initiatives to enhance patient experience and loyalty.
• Collaborate with management to plan and execute business strategies.
• Explore opportunities for new services, partnerships, and community engagement.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to maintain competitive advantage.
