Job Responsibilities:

Analyzes sales performance across categories, channels, regions, and key accounts to identify risks, opportunities, and growth drivers. Develops and maintains automated dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to provide clear business insights and ensure data accuracy. Provides actionable recommendations on assortment planning, pricing strategies, promotional performance, and competitor benchmarking. Collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, Planning, and Operations teams to align strategies and deliver data-driven insights that support business decisions.

Sales Performance Analysis

• Analyze and review sales performance by category, channel, region, and key accounts (both sell-in and sell-out).
• Monitor distributor and key account performance against targets, highlighting risks and growth opportunities.
• Provide weekly insights on best-selling items, slow movers, margin performance, and inventory productivity.

Reporting & Dashboard Management

• Create and regularly update automated dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
• Conduct seasonal post-mortem analysis and present key findings to Sales and Merchandising teams.
• Ensure data accuracy by maintaining master data, validating reports, and resolving system/reporting issues.

Assortment & Pricing Analysis

• Support assortment planning with SKU-level recommendations based on data analysis.
• Assist in pricing analysis, promotional performance review, and competitor benchmarking.

Cross Functional Collaboration & Market Insights

• Work closely with Marketing, Planning, and Operations teams to align business strategies.
• Participate in monthly buyer meetings to understand market needs and reporting requirements.

Requirement:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Analytics/Finance/Statistics or equivalent.

· 2–5 years experience in sales/retail/merchandising analysis, ideally in sports, fashion, FMCG or retail.

· Strong analytical ability with advanced Excel; Power BI/Tableau is preferred.

· Good understanding of sell-through metrics, OTB, inventory flow and retail operations.

· Able to present insights clearly to management-level stakeholders.

· Occasional local and overseas travel is required for business needs.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
