Full Time Veterinary Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in AJ Ocean Ventures Johor - Maukerja

Job Requirements

• Has a good attitude, is willing to learn, and can work independently or in a team.
• As we also handle emergency cases, applicant must be able to work overtime when needed (overtime pay or replacement off days provided).
• Will be handling cats, dogs and pocket pets.
• Can handle “dirty jobs” — cleaning cages, feces, urine, and wound.
• Is available to work on weekends and selected public holidays.
• Available to start work from about 15th July 2026 onwards.
• Able to commute to work (we will be located at Jalan Pertama 1, Pusat Perdagangan Danga Utama, 81300)
• Candidates with zero experience are welcomed to apply. Training will be provided.

What you will be doing

• Assisting veterinarians with examinations, treatments, and procedures.
• Preparing examination rooms and maintaining a clean, organised work environment.
• Handling and restraining animals during procedures, as directed by the veterinarian.
• Collecting and processing samples (eg blood, urine, feces) for laboratory testing.
• Providing compassionate care and attention to every animal entrusted to us.
• Managing front desk duties eg appointment scheduling and client communication.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and inventory of medical supplies.
