Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
• Assign tasks and manage production schedules to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Train, coach, and evaluate production workers to improve performance and skills.
• Monitor equipment usage and report maintenance needs or breakdown issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
• Work closely with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Planning teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Enforce housekeeping, 5S, and safety practices on the production floor.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / Certificate in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in production / manufacturing supervision.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving ability.
• Knowledge of production workflow, safety standards, and basic quality control.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work overtime or shift (if required).

* Based at Kuala Baram

* Working Hours : Mon - Fri ( 0800 - 1700 ), Sat ( 0800 - 1200 )
