Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, and lead the team to maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to handle operations smoothly during peak hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow during all shifts
• Lead, train, and motivate service crew to maintain high service standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction by handling complaints professionally and promptly
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, grooming, and performance
• Coordinate with kitchen and service team to ensure food and drinks are served correctly and on time
• Ensure compliance with company SOP, hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Check stock levels, assist in ordering supplies, and control wastage
• Assist in preparing duty rosters, shift schedules, and staff task assignments
• Ensure cashiering procedures are followed accurately (if required)
• Support management in achieving sales targets and improving operations

Requirements

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and handle peak hour operations
• Good teamwork, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Responsible, punctual, and well-organized
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Basic knowledge of hygiene & food safety is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
