Tanggungjawab

Responsible for managing day-to-day purchasing and supply chain fulfilment activities, including sourcing, supplier coordination, order processing, delivery follow-up, and inventory support.

Inventory Stability & Availability

  • Ensure continuous stock availability for all active SKUs across all outlets
  • Monitor stock levels and proactively replenish to prevent stock-out situations
  • Prioritize high-demand and fast-moving items to support business continuity

Special Order Fulfilment

  • Manage special orders and ensure timely delivery within agreed lead time
  • Coordinate closely with suppliers to track and expedite urgent orders
  • Provide accurate ETA updates to internal stakeholders

Sales Support & Communication

  • Respond promptly to sales team enquiries regarding pricing, specifications, availability, and alternatives
  • Provide accurate and complete product information to support sales activities
  • Maintain effective communication to ensure smooth coordination between departments

SKU Optimization & Product Strategy

  • Monitor product performance and optimize SKU portfolio regularly
  • Identify slow-moving or non-performing items and propose rationalization plans
  • Source and introduce new products aligned with market trends and business needs

Documentation & Compliance

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all purchasing documents (GRN, STR, PI, etc.)
  • Maintain proper documentation, approvals, and records for audit purposes
  • Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures

Inventory & Cost Efficiency

  • Maintain optimal inventory levels to balance availability and cash flow
  • Monitor pricing trends and ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions
  • Support initiatives to improve inventory turnover and reduce dead stock

Branch Support & Coordination

  • Provide timely support to all outlets in stock replenishment and enquiries
  • Ensure high service level and responsiveness to branch needs
  • Build strong internal relationships to enhance operational efficiency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
