JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and manage the overall daily operations of the company.
• Monitor and ensure all departments achieve operational targets and KPIs.
• Lead and supervise Heads of Departments (HODs) and employees effectively.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure proper execution of company policies, procedures, and reporting systems.
• Monitor production schedules, workflow, and delivery timelines.
• Handle operational issues and provide effective solutions when necessary.
• Prepare operational reports and updates for top management.
• Ensure smooth communication and coordination between departments.
• Maintain discipline, performance standards, and operational compliance within the company.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum [3–5] years of experience in a managerial or senior management position.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience in operations management and team supervision.
• Ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions.
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and report preparation.
• Responsible, committed, and self-motivated.
