We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources team as an intern. This is a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a dynamic and professional environment.

Job Descriptions:

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Help prepare and process monthly pay slips.
• Assist in supporting contributions to statutory bodies (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks from superior/management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a team-oriented environment.

Job Types: Contract, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM500.00 - RM700.00 per month
