Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks
- Prepare and maintain company documents and records
- Answer phone calls and reply to emails professionally
- Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating office activities
- Manage filing systems and office supplies
- Support other departments when required
- Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by management
