Summary

To supervise production operation to achieve target output by maintaining clean & safe workplace.

Job Responsibilities:

• Organizing, monitoring and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals.
• Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency.
• Maintaining communication between employees and the Management team to ensure procedure and policies are well-understood.
• Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources to prevent production interruption.
• Compliance with quality of products and to initiate AAR or CAPA if any quality issue arises.
• Organizing training and educational manuals for the production team.
• Assisting in recruitment and onboarding of new hires.

Job Requirements:

• Education level: Minimum Diploma or equivalent in any discipline (knowledge in ISO 13485 is an added advantage).
• Year of Experience: Preferable at least 2 years of experience in related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Capability: Proficient in MS Office applications & Machine operation/ handling.
• Skill: Strong communication, time management skills, well-organized & possesses leadership abilities.
• Language: English & Bahasa Malaysia. (Proficiency in Japanese is an added advantage).
