Tanggungjawab
TRADING & DELIVERY OPERATIONS
-Coordinate supply and delivery schedules to meet project timelines.(daily)
-Monitor logistics performance and resolve delivery issues promptly. (daily)
-Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
SUPPLIER & TRANSPORTER MANAGEMENT
-Identify and evaluate new transporters and suppliers for aggregates/materials.
-Collect and maintain company and salesperson details for business records.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
-Register with SPSB / apply credit facilities with transporter/vendor
RECEIVING
-All the incoming goods / spare-part / tools from suppliers and other units of the organization shall be received at stores by Store Keeper.
-Arrangement of PO by Store keeper
WAREHOUSING AND PRESERVATION
-All goods/part / tools received from suppliers or user departments shall be stacked properly at the storage location which determined earlier by Store keeper
STOCK CONTROL RECORDS
-All scrap arising, worn out and unusable spares etc. shall be disposed of promptly according to Fixed Asset Management Procedure (Item 3.4 Disposal of Asset) established.
PHYSICAL STOCK TAKING / STOCK VERIFICATION
-Purchasing Department shall ensure that physical stock taking of each item of stores is done for every 6 months, book balances tallied with ground balances. Discrepancies, if any noticed are properly investigated, reconciled and adjusted.
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
