Tanggungjawab

  • Develop objectives, strategies, plans, policies, programs and budgets for facility function for short and long term Facility plans that support the company’s activities.
  • Manage and supervise the Facility team to upkeep and manage all the security system (CCTV) , facilities and building related matters to ensure that it is operational and well-maintained and also meeting the workplace health and safety standards and legal requirements.
  • Manage and deal with contractors and work with third party vendors to ensure all projects and works are carried out and complete within specified time based on contract obligations.
  • Effectively review and manage all contracts obligations and also to source and negotiate for contractors and suppliers that provide us with the best quality, cost and delivery services according to company’s requirements and policies.
  • Maintain records and reports necessary to comply with company, government and accrediting agency standards, regulations and code.
  • Advice and work closely with management, line managers and other stakeholders on facilities related projects and jobs and involve in workplace, health, safety and environmental facilities related matter.
  • Liaise with external parties, including government agencies for matter relating to building services, security inspection and renewal of relevant certificates.
  • Oversee the general and daily management of the Section and staff work activities.
  • Comply to ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO13485 company policies and statutory training requirements.
  • Participate in Company activities and carry out the assigned roles in Committees.
  • To validate software application related to QSM in relation to ISO13485 (if applicable)
  • Carry out assigned jobs, ad-hoc duties and/or projects.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
