Job Description
Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor’s in Law (LL.B) (Hons)
  • At least 5 (Five) to 7 (Seven) years of post-qualification experience in practice or as in-house Legal Counsel
  • Experience in advising on commercial transactions, negotiating commercial contracts and industrial contracts including sales, distribution, raw materials purchase, goods and services procurement, logistics services contracts
  • Experience with infrastructure, construction & engineering projects and the Oil and Gas industry is an added advantage
  • Ability to communicate with non-legal personnel and provide practical solutions
