Job Scope:
1. System Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide first-level technical support for payroll and attendance system users.
- Handle inquiries, issues, and error reports via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot problems related to system access, data entry, and report generation.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant technical or HR teams.
2. User Guidance & Training
- Assist employees and HR personnel in using the system effectively.
- Conduct onboarding briefings or quick guides for new users.
- Prepare and update user manuals, FAQs, or knowledge base articles.
3. Data Monitoring & Verification
- Perform routine checks on attendance logs and payroll data accuracy.
- Alert HR/payroll teams of any anomalies or discrepancies in system data.
- Assist in periodic audits or compliance checks related to the system.
4. System Configuration Support
- Help with setting up user profiles, permissions, and access levels.
- Support HR in configuring work schedules, leave policies, and payroll rules.
- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for system updates or new modules.
5. Continuous Improvement
- Collect user feedback to identify recurring issues or improvement areas.
- Work with IT/vendors to recommend enhancements or streamline processes.
- Stay updated on software changes and recommend user-impact assessments.
